Claim notification
Fill a notification of claim as soon as possible after the first doctor visit. When your claim has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email stating your claim number. The notification of claim shall be filled only once per injury.

Our customer service number can be reached during November-March on weekdays from 8 am – 8 pm and during April-October, including also weekends and public holidays, from 10 am – 8 pm.
The insurance covers necessary medical treatment of accidental injury within 2 years from date of injury.
