If the injury requires surgery, you can have the surgery care at following clinics by calling the appointment. The payment engagement will be given against the doctor\u00b4s text of surgical need. Bring your health insurance card (the KELA-card), insurance order number and your doctor\u2019s recommendation for the surgery care. Extended insurance: deductible of surgery costs 10 %. Limited insurance: No cover for surgery costs in a private clinic.<\/p>\n

NB: The insurance does not cover any doctor statement fees.<\/p>\n
